After downloading the My Jio application, when you will open my Jio app for the first time, then you have to create an account by entering your mobile number and entering One Time Password. But if the Jio number whose call history you want to remove, if it will be in your mobile itself, then you will not need to create an account, it will be automatically login.
Then when you open the My Jio app, then you will see some type of screen as shown in the screenshot below. If you have already installed My Jio app, then you must update it. Click on the option where it is highlighted in the screenshot .
As soon as you click on that option, not one but three will come in front of you, in which you have to select ” Call “. Here you will see the last day’s outgoing call details of your Jio number.
