1. Go to the Amazon India website and log in to your Amazon account.
2. Make sure you do have not any active orders or any coming schedule orders from Amazon.
3. If you have then please wait for delivery or being a return to Amazon and wait for a refund etc.

5. Click on Need More Help.
6. Go to Contact Us.
7. Choose the “Browse Help Topics” section.
